I haven't made money from recruiting as yet because I have a network of twenty inactive people. It has been nine months since I started and I am beginning to get a hang on it. It doesn't have to take you that long if you learn from my advice
No matter how hard I try I cant shake off the basic business principles. My up line keeps suggesting only passive income and I shouldn't take the sales route. I still think that's crazy when I look at people and the environment around my living standards the shopping model doesn't make sense until you master the selling route.
As I said in my previous blog you cannot live a 100% passive income life, there has to be even if it means 1% activity on your side to keep the passive alive. Consider the 80/20 or 90/10 rule
People want an opportunity to make more money as they are already hard pressed with the cost of living.
There is still the basic business model you still have to apply. Considering the fact that I am already making money from just sales and its making a difference, I can consider inviting others to the party using the same model the possibilities seem exciting.
This is the reason why I have 20 inactive people I have not managed to show them how they can make money immediately through sales. I cannot continually ignore feedback from my down line after all in a way they are my clients at a consultative level.
This is how you can do it.
Set a direct sales target of R 1000.00 a month, R 33 a day or R 250 a week profit before you even start recruiting people.
What can you do with extra R1000.00 a month?.
- Pay your child's school fees.
- Go on a holiday.
- Buy yourself or family a nice present.
- Pay off a debt that is sitting on your conscience and last nerve
- Pay off or add extra the housing loan/mortgage
- Pay off or get a loan on a new car
- Monthly petrol
- New Clothing
- Invest for your retirement
- Pump into interest generating vehicle/asset
- Extend your House build back rooms for rental
- Study further
- The list goes on
- Go to gym
- Buy Expensive nutritional health supplements
- transport money
- Rent money
- maybe you can even afford renting in that surburb you could never afford.
- Save it 12 months its 12 000.00 a year
- Get that bond that you couldn't qualify for.(banks can give you credit for extra income that consistently comes into your account for longer than six months)
The problem with people is greed, being unappreciative and setting unrealistic goals. People want to get into Amway to make millions overnight. Truth is if you take care of the little, the great will come with time. Besides I believe a little can make a big difference in your life.
Calculate R1000.00 a month in 20 years with compound interest.
Show 10 more people how they TOO can change their lives by making an extra R1000.00 a month selling Amway products. This way you will be expanding your income as well because Amway compensates you for showing more people. If they keep ordering, a percentage of that money gets paid to you as bonus points or commission.
* This is where most people do not understand or accept the Amway compensation plan.
People who see something wrong for being paid commission for showing others a good idea just need help. This is because normal society has been slave driven to believe in direct income. Little do they know that their bosses or companies they work for make money from their efforts while helping them work for their salary in very much the same way.
To make R1000.00 direct sales profit (collected from customers) you have to move stock worth R 3000.
Amway will give you 3% of that amount directly into your account as a bonus every month you move that much stock.
TOTAL R 1090.00
Not bad
Now you get 10 people who will move stock worth R 3000 to collect R1000 profit from customers plus R90 bonus.
Amway credits you for the entire stock of 3000 x 10 people + your 3000 totaling R 33 000.00
your bonus becomes R 2970
Your total earning then becomes R1000 (direct sales) + R2970(bonus) = R 3970 every Month
Had your Entire Stock been just a bit higher by R 500 you would have earned the 12% commission bonus on
R 33 500 stock which is R 4020 plus 1000 on direct income.
Total earning R 5020.
Now the question changes to what would you do with an extra R 5000 a month.
Hmmm R 5000 a month is R 60 000 a year.
What would do do on a R 60 000 holiday at the end of the year. or pay children school in advance.
Even on a month to month basis R 5000 a month is a huge change in lifestyle, gym, health care, skin care, new clothes, pay off debt, new house or new car.
I went on Google to calculate compound interest of R 5000 a month on unit trusts with 15% interest over 20 years and found it amounts to : R 1,614,532.44
I went on Google to calculate compound interest of R 5000 a month on unit trusts with 15% interest over 20 years and found it amounts to : R 1,614,532.44
Set these realistic targets you will have no need to ever quit Amway. Even if it made an Extra R100 a month why would you quit. Would you rather go borrow the money from a neighbor friend or relative in time of need.
On the next blog I will be showing you stress free selling which is how I am already generating income from Amway.
Now the income possibilities grow exponentially which I wont explain here on this blog but all I can say is with consistency and depending on what your goal, plan or expectation is you can generate a whole lot more.
